Caitlin’s Crafty Creations uses Australia Post Standard Mail Services for general registered postage within Australia or Platinum Express Post to get your special purchase quickly and safely to you. There are standard rates for all products shipped in Australia, single beads $4,50 or $6.50 for multiple and bulkier items.  Collection of products from our premises is available by prior appointment only.

Caitlin's Crafty Creations do ship our custom made products overseas.  International shipping can be arranged with Australia Post, however, prior to placing your order, we request that you please send us an email detailing exactly where you are located, street addresses only,  so that we may contact Australia Post and negotiate an appropriate shipping price.

Express Post Platinum

Express Post Platinum is Australia Post's premium next day delivery service designed to give you extra peace of mind.

As well as guaranteed next business day delivery, Express Post Platinum secures a signature on delivery and you are able to track your item online. Should no one be at home to sign for your delivery, a card will be left advising where your item can be collected from.

Tracking your items

Express Post Platinum allows you to know precisely where your articles are and when they have reached their destination. We will email the tracking number once the article is dispatched so you can track the shipment.
